It is easy to get to the hotel where we will be staying, Storstua Omsorgs- og Konferansesenter, by car, plane, train and/or bus. The hotel is located near Drammen and Asker.

General information for public transport:

The best option is to search for your journey at https://entur.no/ or download the "Entur" app and search for the entire journey from the train station/bus stop/address you are traveling from to “Hotellveien 2, Asker” which is the address of the hotel. Remember to select the correct day and time you will be traveling. This way, you will see the options for your travel time and can choose the route that suits you best. At the website and in the app, you can also buy tickets for the entire journey by train and bus.

The closest bus stops to the hotel are "Kornmagasinet" (about four minutes/240 meters to walk), "Steinbruddet" (about five minutes/415 meters to walk) and "Midtbygda skole" (about seven minutes/570 meters to walk ). Which bus stop you get to depends on which route the travel app recommends to you.

Order a pick-up from the hotel:

You can also order a ride from Røyken train station with the hotel's minibus, which takes eight passengers. It costs NOK 100 if you are the only one picked up at the time, or NOK 50 per person if several people are picked up at the same time. The journey between the station and the hotel takes around five minutes by car. If you want to be picked up at Røyken train station, contact the hotel directly and tell them when you will arrive, and they will collect people so that the journey is as efficient as possible. You can also book a ride back to the train station after the conference (but we will also be asking if people can help drive people there in their cars on the way home).

If you are coming by car:

The address of the hotel is Hotellveien 2, 3440 Røyken. There is free parking.

From Drøbak/Drammen: Turn off the E134 towards Slemmestad. After a few seconds, you will see the hotel on the left side of the road.

If you are coming by plane:

You can fly to either Gardermoen airport or Torp airport and take a train/bus from there.

If you are coming by train:
